Ethnic Cook specializing in Indian Cuisine

Looking for an Experienced Indian cook, with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in cooking Indian cuisine and working with a Tandoori Oven.

Duties will include preparing and cooking full course meals, Prepare and cook for an Indian buffet, plan menus, work with minimal supervision, prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, Inspect kitchens and food service areas, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, ordering groceries, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Work with Specialized cooking equipment (Tandoori oven, tavas, etc..), Clean kitchen and maintain work areas.

Hourly wage is $21/hr at 40hrs/wk.

No Language Requirements, Hindi speaking an asset
