Duties will include preparing and cooking full course meals, Prepare and cook for an South Asian buffet, plan menus, work with minimal supervision, prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, Inspect kitchens and food service areas, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, ordering groceries, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Work with Specialized cooking equipment (tandoori oven, tavas, etc..), Clean kitchen and maintain work areas.
Salary: $22/hr, 35 hrs per week + benefits
