Mixed vegetable korma

Makes 8-10 pcs.

  • Carrots-diced: 200 grams
  • Beans-cut: 200 grams
  • Cauliflower-diced: 200 grams
  • Paneer-diced: 200 grams
  • Peas: 200 grams
  • Corn: 200 grams
  • Potatoes-boiled and diced: 200 grams
  • Oil: 40ml
  • Yoghurt: 100ml
  • Cream: 350ml
  • Salt: To taste
  • Fenugreck: 1 tsp

Method

  • Heat the oil in a flat bottom pan.
  • Once hot, add all the diced vegetables, the fenugreek, and the salt. Sautee for four to five minutes.
  • Add the yogurt and cream, adding more to ensure a smooth consistency and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Check for seasoning and serve with your choice of nan bread or Basmati rice

Note: Adjust consistency of korma to desired thickness. Check seasoning and garnish with fresh cilantro and julienne ginger.
